本发明涉及一种mPEG接枝α-玉米醇溶蛋白聚合物及其制备方法,解决现有玉米醇溶蛋白作为药物和营养素的包裹材料,不利于控制药物的释放与粒径分布均一的技术问题.该聚合物首先由mPEG与丁二酸酐反应制备得到mPEG-COOH;再由mPEG-COOH与α-玉米醇溶蛋白反应制备得到mPEG接枝α-玉米醇溶蛋白聚合物.本发明方法制备得到的mPEG接枝α-玉米醇溶蛋白聚合物溶于水后,能够形成稳定存在且尺寸均一的微球(粒径在80-100nm),比混合的玉米醇溶蛋白的粒径小,可提高疏水类药物,营养素的可控释放和生物利用率.
