使用聚合物poly[{9,9-dioctyl-2,7-divinylene-fluorenylene-alt-co-{2-methoxy-5-(2-ethylhexyloxy)-1,4-phenyene}] (PFOPV)研究了有机电致发光器件中的热致反向内转换进行三线态激子收集的物理机制。通过测量PFOPV、PFO、MEH-PPV三种不同聚合物有机半导体的瞬态PL,研究了材料内部激子CT态。利用磁场探针,测量了不同电流和不同温度下器件的电致发光光谱随磁场强度的变化。研究结果表明,对于聚合物PFOPV,热致反向内转换进行三线态激子收集是一种非常**的方法。本研究成果发表在“Organic Electronics,41 (2017),100-106”。
