40 ug affinity-purified IgG (essentially all IgG binds endothelin B receptor)

Host: Rabbit

Species reactivity: Human, mouse

Immunogen: Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 299-313 of the endothelin B receptor sequence (CEMLRKKSQMQIALND)

Concentration: 1 mg/ml in PBS + 0.02% sodium azide

Suggested use: 1:1000 to 1:5000 for Western blotting . Other applications have not been tested.

Short term storage: 2-8 C for up to 1 week
Long term storage: -20 C or colder for up to 2 years.
